Isha Yoga Center LA

Visited all the way from Australia to support this young center with a few Isha Hatha Yoga programs recently. Having been to various Isha centres including the ashrams in Coimbatore, India and Tennessee, USA, it was a pleasure to see the same spirit thriving here too. A much needed oasis for the inner journey in the city of light 🙏🏾✨️🧘🪔🪷 Don't miss the ❗️Free Yoga Day❗️ that happens every month where you can equip with yourself with plenty of tools for your wellbeing and learn all you need to know about other Isha programs.

This is not your usual neighborhood Yoga Studio :) It goes far beyond studio yoga, and takes a classical approach to Yoga focused on supporting and nurturing seekers to make this wonderful inner science an integral part of their life. The instructions are detailed and precise. It is entirely volunteer-run and free support is available beyond the program, anytime you want. Couldn't recommend it more. And if you are in the Midwest, check their headquarters, the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences in Tennessee. It’s a must-see 20,000-acre stunning space in the middle of the forest.

I feel so lucky and blessed that we have this center so close from my home. The environment here is very conducive for doing yoga practices. They also offer free yoga day every month . Also, the center is open every wednesday evening for Sadhguru's presence time 😇 at 6:15pm and you can use the space to do your practices afterwards as well. I am really excited and always looking forward to see what this place has to offer in the future. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I did the Inner Engineering program and it has completely transformed the way I experience my day. I have noticeably more energy throughout the day and I am able to take up more activities. There is a stark difference in the way I handle difficult situations in life, it much easier now. Highly recommended it! We are truly blessed to have Isha Yoga Center in the midst of LA.

The Isha Yoga Center is a wonderful place to learn about yoga and spiritual practices. There are a variety of classes you can sign up for from beginner to advanced and anyone is always welcome! Anyone who visits here will be friendly and welcoming, if you have any questions just ask. They also hold special programs during specific annual festivals!
